Steven H. Polowitz, Esq.

Mr. Polowitz received a B.A. in Political Science from the State University at New York at Buffalo in 1973 and graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Law in 1978. Mr. Polowitz was admitted to the New York Bar in 1980, the Florida Bar in 1981 and has been in private practice since 1980.

Mr. Polowitz is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, its Real Estate Practice Committee and the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Buffalo Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. and West Side Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc.

Mr. Polowitz concentrates in real property, banking, mortgage lending and community development law, real estate and related litigation, construction, business and environmental law. As part of his real estate and community development practice, Mr. Polowitz oversees compliance with zoning, planning and environmental regulations and has appeared before and worked with various municipal agencies, boards and legislatures.
