Wayne
R. Gradl, Esq.
Mr.
Gradl received a B.S. in Business Administration with concentration
in Accounting magna cum laude from the State University
of New York in 1980. He graduated cum laude from the State
University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1983.
While attending law school, Mr. Gradl served as Publications
Editor of the Buffalo Law Review and was also a member of
the Moot Court Board and winner of the 1983 Albert R. Mugel
National Moot Court Competition.
Mr.
Gradl was admitted to the New York Bar in 1984 and the Florida
Gar in 1988. He is admitted to the United States District
Courts for the Western District of New York and the Northern
District o the New York as well as the United States Court
of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Prior
to pursuing his own practice in 1991, Mr. Gradl was an associate
for six years with Jaeckle, Fleischmann & Mugel, a fifty
attorney general practice law firm in Buffalo, New York.
Mr. Gradl's practice concentrates almost exclusively in
civil litigation, including commercial, negligence and employment
law matters. Clients whom Mr. Gradl has represented in civil
litigation matters during his career include American Airlines,
NCH Corporation, Fireman's Fund, Trico Products Corporation,
The Buffalo News, Laminating Arts & Finishes, Inc.,
Travelers Insurance and Allright Corporation.
Mr.
Gradl is a member of the New York, Florida and Erie County
Bar Associations and a member of the Federal Practice Committee
of the Erie County Bar Association.
